Fantastica esperienza! Anche se non siamo riusciti a vedere l'aurora la notte che abbiamo alloggiato qui, è stato suggestivo dormire in questi igloo di vetro (un desiderio di mio marito da anni). In più, la colazione era ottima (è stata una coccola per me che sono intollerante al lattosio: c'erano tantissime opzioni!)

I had a lovely evening staying here. The location was very peaceful and i was able to see the northern lights right from my bed in the glass igloo.

seamless service, wonderful stay - breakfast is so delicious!! they have buffet, so we could try various Finnish dishes. there was a lot of options and the quality of good was great. - perfect igloo with all things you need The igloo had 360 degree glass roof so we could see aurora and stars while lying down on a bed. I really liked the motorized bed!!! Even during daytime, we could enjoy our time while sitting on the bed like a couch. And the room was spacious enough to open two big luggages. There was a fridge, a toilet, a shower room, as well as a small desk and a chair. So you don't need to give up anything for choosing an igloo type accommodation. -friendly staffs: they had good service mind and always greeted us with genuine smile. -many extras: we could use airport transfer and we had a lot of options for activities. Also, there was an aurora alarm that rings during nigh time, so it was so convenient. I want to recommend this lovely hotel for anyone visiting Rovaniemi!!

We had the most amazing stay at the arctic snow hotel and glass igloos. The glass igloos are perfect for watching the northern lights whilst being comfortable and warm. The staff here are fabulous!!!! Nothing was too much trouble for them whatsoever. It was a once in a life time experience for us to stay here on our bucket list trip around Norway and Finland. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special get away!
