Located a short ride from Rovaniemi airport and picked up by the hotel shuttle. The individual “igloo” features private sauna with an outdoor heated bubble jacuzzi and most interesting glass ceiling so that one can view the night sky with little light pollution. Mid October temperature ranges from 2-9 ish but is prime time for Aurora viewing. The in-house restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner was really enjoyable. Staff and service was top notch. Walking distance to Santa Claus Village. On the whole, really enjoyed the private sauna and outdoor jacuzzi.

The complimentary airport transfer was seamless — a friendly driver greeted us right on time and helped with our luggage, setting the tone for an effortless stay. Upon arrival, the staff took care of our bags and arranged for luggage transfer directly to our room, so we could immediately begin relaxing. Even after check-out, they kindly kept our luggage safe while we explored the nearby snowy trails — a thoughtful gesture that allowed us to make the most of our final day. Our glass apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered an incredible view of the surrounding Arctic wilderness. The highlight was undoubtedly the private outdoor hot tub — impeccably clean and perfectly heated, providing the ultimate spot to unwind under the Northern Lights. The attached private sauna added another layer of relaxation, combining modern comfort with a truly Finnish experience. The resort’s restaurant exceeded all expectations. It’s rare to find a place where every meal feels like fine dining, but Glass Resort achieves just that. The menu featured local ingredients prepared with elegance, and the service was both professional and personal. The breakfast buffet each morning was equally impressive, offering a rich spread of fresh pastries, smoked salmon, fruits, cheeses, and hot dishes — everything you could want to start your day in style. Overall, Glass Resort masterfully balances luxury, comfort, and authentic Arctic charm. Every aspect — from the pristine facilities to the exceptional hospitality — made our stay unforgettable. Sijainti on erinomainen – lyhyt matka Joulupukin pajakylään ja silti rauhallinen ympäristö, jossa saa nauttia Lapin tunnelmasta. The rooms were stylish, cozy, and the private outdoor hot tub was a wonderful addition for relaxation. The dinner was excellent and of very high quality – as was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from start to finish. The location is perfect – just a short distance from Santa Claus Village, yet peaceful and surrounded by beautiful Lapland scenery. Overall, one of the best accommodation experiences we’ve ever had – highly recommended!

這真的是一間很特別的飯店，在我到芬蘭與挪威旅遊的兩個禮拜內，我最念念不忘的除了各地的美景之外，就是這間飯店了，房間內部擺設精緻，桑拿房非常舒適，戶外按摩池也很棒，差點讓我忘了來到羅瓦涅米是為了帶孩子去聖誕老人村 另外我最感到印象深刻的是他們的服務，不是那種嚴守SOP、畢恭畢敬但沒有溫度的服務，而是當你注意到小細節時，內心會跳出一個聲音說"這也太貼心了吧"! 讓你打從心裡感覺到溫暖，我很放心的向人員詢問各式問題與請求協助，得到充實美好的兩天 非常感謝Glass Resort給我們全家帶來的難忘回憶

美的不像話的玻璃屋，到處都有大片玻璃窗方便看極光，設計細節美輪美奐，根本像住在設計雜誌裡面的房間一樣。 一樓有客廳、浴室、廚房，並備有齊全餐具與烹飪器具，可以自己下廚，也有膠囊咖啡機跟免費膠囊。浴室裡有很寬敞的烤箱，非常舒服。最讓人驚艷的是戶外有私人按摩浴缸，可以直接在森林裡芬蘭浴。 工作人員親切熱情，會幫忙拿行李。整體的硬體軟體品質都非常高。 唯一的小缺點是上下樓的迴旋梯很窄，不太好走，晚上如果要下樓上廁所要特別注意安全。另外如果要拖行李來這間飯店，路面會很顛簸，所以建議直接從機場坐計程車最舒服方便。 整體來說是一間很漂亮住起來又舒服的玻璃屋，值得推薦
