Sauna in the room was a great experience. Price was expensive. Breakfast didn't have great vegan options. We booked a package with a bottle of wine included, which we didn't receive. Other wise the room was good and well equipped.

This hotel is in a good location, with the shops, restaurant and bus stops all within a short walking distance.|The suite was great - we had an entrance hall area with massive mirror and clothes rail, the bedroom, kitchen, lounge and bathroom with sauna.|It was clean and tidy and the kitchen was fully equipped. Everything worked.|It is mainly unmanned and we didn't see many staff. They send you a code for the main door and a code for a keysafe to get your room key and this worked ok.|You can leave you luggage 'under the stairs' if you arrive early; although this isn't technically a secure area, you can only get into the hotel if you have the code.|Would definitely recommend.

It was clean and quiet location. I almost thought we were the only ones staying there. ||The staff were friendly and very helpful. They made sure that our stay was great. Gave us recommendations for dining and getting around. We were glad they provided outer gear for attending our excursions. We were not disappointed in our excursions.||It is conveniently located, not more than a 5 min walk to anywhere downtown.||Being from Canada and larger spaces, we were not expecting small space and beds, but it didn't take away from our vacation.||Breakfast was great, if only i had been awake earlier to enjoy it instead of rushing to eat. I'm glad they provided transportation from the airport and to the train station (one less thing for me to worry about). ||I had a worry and stress-free vacation in Rovaniemi, thanks to Golden Circle Suites.
