We spent 11 nights in Sirius 3-three people and one Golden Retriever. For us, the stay was only so-so. Let's start with the positives, which were not few: the Levin apartments, both Sirius and Orion, are positioned perfectly in the centre of Levi, with everything one could possibly want or need within WALKING distance. The market, all the best restaurants, the slopes (Levi Nord), rental equipment shop, even a doctor's surgery - all practically next door. It's also worth mentioning that the place was spotlessly clean upon check-in. Internet was fine, streaming services worked, the apartment was very warm and thus, welcoming. Also worth mentioning, the storage in the apartment was sufficient for our needs. And, yes, there is ski storage and of course a sauna, the former shared, the latter, private, which both come with the apartment. What didn't work for us were, first and foremost, the beds. We are used to sleeping on comfortable double beds, like most people, I should think... The apartment had two single beds put together to give the appearance of a double bed both upstairs and downstairs. These single beds were NOT attached to each other, and since floors were wooden and slippy, the beds MOVED away from each other. So, in the middle of the night, at least one of us woke up because they were slipping into the GAP that formed between the beds. Of course, no double mattress was provided either, and no double duvet. Singles all the way... It's funny, one would think that in such a cold place people would be used to cuddle up for warmth, but I guess not. Single beds, mattress, duvets, sheets - single EVERYTHING. Needless to say, after a few nights, the bed situation really got to us. It was incredibly unpleasant and it messed up our enjoyment of Levi in general. The shower worked ok, great pressure, but never quite hot. Warm at best, which was a shame given we experienced some really cold days. The sheets and towels, for which we had to pay extra, were highly disappointing and could've done with a MUCH higher thread count. The towels were so thin, we bought our own. They were't amazing either, and in fact we left them behind, but at least they weren't threadbare. The sheets raised another issue. We were there for 11 nights, as I said, and who can sleep so long on the same sheets? Yeah, we could've washed them I suppose, but we weren't there to do domestic work, but enjoy a vacation. So we ended up buying new sheets (which were also left behind). Why? Because no one came to clean the apartment. Or change the sheets. Now, this policy might work for 3-day stays or whatever, but we were there a LONG time. I believe the apartment should have a different policy for long stays regarding cleaning and sheets, namely someone should deal with it. We ended up using the vacuum cleaner ourselves and, as I said, buying new sheets, and in the end, the place still looked pretty disgusting by the time we checked out. Because you can't expect three grown people and a dog to live in such close quarters for so long without creating a mess. And we weren't there to clean the apartment. Or refit it with new linens. And, yes, we would've GLADLY paid extra to have someone come in and clean, and change sheets and towels, and you know, basically treat us like human beings! Alas, that wasn't the case. Also worth knowing is that the place is definitely small, and we had to be very strict about putting things away after use, folding clothes, etc, because otherwise, with stuff lying around, there would have been no room to breathe AT ALL. Finally, although we spent Christmas and New Year in the apartment, the management made no effort at all to cheer the place up for us. Not a single Christmas ornament. Not one string of lights. Nothing. On the third day, the internet stopped working. It took more than half the day until the management deigned to fix it, and only after repeated prompts from our side. In fact, we found the management slow in responding in general, so ... fair warning.
