This place is truly wonderful and absolutely worth recommending. From the comfortable accommodation to the warm and welcoming staff, everything exceeded our expectations. The dinner at the restaurant was of outstanding quality and incredibly delicious. Thank you sincerely for the exceptional hospitality — we will definitely return!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – mangelhafter Service und keine Reaktion auf Buchungsanfrage Ich hatte mich sehr auf einen Aufenthalt im Nova Skyland Resort in Rovaniemi gefreut und frühzeitig eine Buchungsanfrage gestellt, während laut Website noch Verfügbarkeit bestand. Trotz sofortiger und höflicher Kontaktaufnahme erhielt ich keine Antwort, bis mir am nächsten Tag mitgeteilt wurde, dass alle Unterkünfte inzwischen ausgebucht seien. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie und Preisklasse ist ein solches Verhalten völlig inakzeptabel. Von einem Resort, das sich als exklusives Ziel in Lappland präsentiert, erwartet man Zuverlässigkeit, Transparenz und einen respektvollen Umgang mit Interessenten. Leider wurde meine Anfrage offenbar ignoriert, und ich verlor dadurch die Möglichkeit, zu buchen. Ich wollte meine Familie mit einem besonderen Aufenthalt über die Feiertage überraschen – übrig blieb nur Enttäuschung und Frust. Ich hoffe, das Management nimmt solche Rückmeldungen ernst, denn dieser Umgang mit potenziellen Gästen schadet dem Ruf des Hauses erheblich. Despite contacting them immediately and politely, I received no response until the next day, when I was informed that everything was suddenly fully booked. For a hotel of this category and price range, this kind of service is completely unacceptable. A resort that promotes itself as a premium destination in Lapland should show reliability, transparency, and respect towards potential guests. Instead, my inquiry was apparently ignored, and I lost the chance to book. I had planned to surprise my family with a special Lapland experience over the holidays, but was left only with frustration and disappointment. I truly hope the management takes such feedback seriously, because this kind of guest handling seriously damages the reputation of the property. The food was absolutely incredible. I chose the lobster ravioli and the reindeer shank - amazing! ||Very welcoming, and the waiter Tristan was so attentive but not in your face. ||Amazing place and I’ll be back whenever I return!
